The customer has a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, which is calculated from the moment you pick up the package from the collection point.
The right of return only applies to unused, intact and salable products in the original packaging.
You should first contact customer service (customer service at lahjashop.com) by email before returning and for further instructions. Products must be returned to the place indicated by LahjaShop by post at their own expense. Most of LahjaShop’s SuperStore products should be returned to the SuperStore warehouse in Asia (Philippines) as a parcel post. If the product is one of the best-selling and is small in size, the product can be returned to the Finnish mailbox as a small postal parcel or as a letter with a plus sign. If the product is one of the best-selling and does not fit in the letterbox, it must be returned as a Postage Home Package (a door-to-door package) at the cost indicated by LahjaShop. Products returned inappropriately will not be refunded.
Important: The product must be absolutely unused and the packaging must be undamaged, and all products must have the product labels originally in place. If the product packaging is broken or the products are not marketable, we refuse to receive a return.
According to the return, include the following information:
- Your name, address, email and phone number
- Your bank account number
- A copy of the order confirmation is required in the package
- Reason of returning
Please note that as a customer you are responsible for the cost of the return and the package until it arrives at our warehouse. Gift Shop does not reimburse postage for returns.
- An unclaimed package is not subject to the right of return, ie Gift Shop is not obligated to reimburse the shipment to the customer if you do not pick up the package. You will always receive a text message when the package can be retrieved from local mail.
If you wish to exercise your 14-day return policy, you must pick up the package and make the return according to the instructions. By reducing returns, we also save the environment and keep product prices more affordable.
We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. When the package arrives, we will check the shipment. If the products are salable and unused, the seals of the gift products are unopened (otherwise not salable) and the return is accepted, the selling prices of the returned products will be returned to the bank account from which you paid for your purchase within 30 days. We do not refund shipping costs for the original order. Ordered products or customized products have no right of return. Please also note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and airmail situation. Delayed deliveries are not a reason for refunds or cancellation of a transaction unless the delay is more than 3 months.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product / package?
We always try to pack the shipment as safely as possible so that the shipment is not damaged during transport. However, if the product has been damaged during transport or is otherwise defective / incomplete, please contact our customer service no later than 48 hours after picking up the product by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
